This site is more than just a digital business card—it is a window into my journey, passion, and purpose. With over two decades of experience in public health, nutrition, workforce development, and healthcare leadership, I have worn many hats—but every role has centered around one thing: helping individuals, communities, and organizations thrive.

I am the founder of Nutriment, a consulting practice focused on empowering people through evidence-based strategies in nutrition, education, and community health. Whether I am managing multimillion-dollar grants, developing nutrition programs from the ground up, or implementing quality assurance systems in long-term care, I approach each challenge with a blend of strategic insight and grounded compassion.

My story weaves through a vibrant mix of roles—from working with at-risk youth in afterschool programs to running food services on a military base, and from presenting at conferences to rolling up my sleeves in a community garden. Along the way, I earned an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and am now pursuing a Ph.D. in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.

But behind the credentials is a real person with a love for mentoring, wellness, and seeing systems improve. I believe in visionary leadership that does not overlook the details—and in the power of storytelling, service, and science to spark change.
